Meal Plan – 2/5

I’m really late writing about this one.  I’m actually also really late in actually cooking any of the below too.  We hosted a Super Bowl party on Sunday and ended up with a lot of leftovers that we’d been eating through the past few days.  Don’t be surprised when next week’s list is a lot of the below

Baked Ziti: with a side Caesar salad and garlic knots (forgot the ricotta last week so held off on this until this week, or given the above, maybe next week again…)

Chicken with Rainbow Veggies: new recipe

Jalapeno Popper Mac & Cheese: with a side Southwest salad. I really need to write about this. Have made it several times.

Cheeseburgers: with side french fries and corn

Salisbury Steak Meatballs: served on mashed potatoes with side of broccoli, new recipe

Breakfast for Dinner: pancakes, Mom’s breakfast potatoes, eggs and bacon
