This is about my 100th try of this and still I’ll try to soldier on. Hoping the New Year’s Resolution of generally being more organized will help me keep at this.
First meal plan of the new year after several weeks of holidays, parties, and generally eating awfully; so this is a lot of new recipes, and a meal for every since day, figure if I don’t start of strong there’s less hope for later in the year:
Cheeseburgers: Burgers with a new bacon jalapeno sauce I found with sides of french fries and salad
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque: self explanatory
Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Veggies: new recipe
Calzone: ricotta and mozzarella wrapped in a Pillsbury pizza crust served with marinara sauce and a Caesar Salad
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches: shredded chicken with store-bought BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese on hamburger buns, served with a side of baked beans and corn
